Moe Gibbs - Moe is currently serving life in prison without parole for murder as well as an additional 15 years for assaulting female inmates and
for a 2004 Fargo rape. It is important to note that Gibbs plead GUILTY to the assaults and rape. However, he continues to deny any involvement
in Mindy Morgenstern's murder, and with the "evidence" (or lack of it) shown at the trial it is hard to believe that 12 jurors found him guilty
"beyond a reasonable doubt."
